    Guided visits to the sites of the seerah in both cities. The ground the events took place on, and the lessons behind them, explained as you stand there.

      The battleground of the second major battle, where the martyrs of Uhud are buried.

    Age discounts come off the flight fare, so they apply to UK packages only. A child’s age is taken as their age on the return flight.

    A further £300 discount if a child below 6 years old shares a bed with an adult — on either package.

    What is included in the trip cost?

    Return flights with Turkish Airlines, all transport including the Haramain high-speed train and every ground transfer, both five-star hotels, visa, and an intercontinental buffet breakfast each morning.

    Ziyarah across Makkah and Madinah, a pre-Umrah webinar before you travel and a seminar once in Madinah, lectures throughout the trip, and a guided step-by-step Umrah with Ustadh Abu Taymiyyah, Ustadh Abdulahad Dayib and the Sunnah Experience team.

    Any additional expenses, extra activities, meals outside breakfast and personal spending, are not included.

    How do I book a trip?

    How do I pay for the trip?

    A non-refundable £299 deposit secures your place, paid by card when you book. Everything after that is by bank transfer — either in full, or split across three instalments due before 15 September, 25 September and 5 October 2026.

    The balance depends on your room tier — £1,200 on UK quad sharing, or £700 on international quad sharing, spread across the three payments. The exact figures are shown when you choose your package.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    The deposit is non-refundable. Once the deposit is paid, full payment is required 40 days before departure.

    • 60 days or more before departure, 100% refund, excluding the deposit.
    • 40 to 60 days before departure, 50% refund, excluding the deposit. The guest name can be changed free of charge.
    • Under 40 days before departure, no refund. The guest name can be changed for a fee.

    If you find a replacement and it is confirmed before the 40th day before departure, a straight name swap can be arranged with no funds forfeited.

    Before you travel
    Do I need a visa to travel with you?

    Yes. We provide an ETA for guests on the flight package holding a British passport, and a Tourist Visa for guests on the international package who are not British passport holders.

    If you are on the flight package but do not hold a British passport, we will arrange a Tourist Visa for an additional £100.

    Who is this trip for?

    Brothers, sisters and families holding passports from the UK, Europe, Australia, the USA and Canada, who are looking for an epic experience.

    What if I don’t have a passport from the UK, Europe, Australia, America or Canada?

    You can still join us. You will need a special Umrah Visa — please enquire and we will arrange a quote and deal with the whole visa application process for you.

    Are your trips suitable for families with children?

    Yes. This trip is open to brothers, sisters and families. Two separate reductions come off the adult package price, and they follow different rules.

    The age reduction is a flight fare, so it applies to UK packages only:

    • −£90 for 12 to 15 year olds
    • −£110 for 2 to 11 year olds
    • −£500 for under 2s, who travel on a parent’s lap

    Separately, a child under 6 sharing a bed with a parent frees up a place in the room, which takes off a further −£300, on either package. Children aged 6 and over always get a bed of their own. Cots can be requested for under 2s, subject to hotel availability.

    A child’s age is taken as their age on the return flight.

    What are the arrangements if I wish to come alone?

    You are more than welcome to travel alone. Our trips are a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. We will assign you roommates for the duration of the trip.

    What should I bring on the trip?

    Comfortable clothing, along with comfortable shoes. Bring any personal items you need, essential toiletries, sunscreen and sunglasses. The Ihram clothing can be bought in Madinah before we go to Makkah to perform our Umrah.

    We’ll send a more detailed packing list closer to the departure date.

    What is the trip itinerary like?

    Our itinerary is carefully curated so you get the most out of the journey. We work with experienced guides and locals to create something both spiritually nourishing and welcoming.

    There are regular reminders throughout, and a pre-Umrah seminar in Madinah. You’ll also have plenty of time for your own worship and for family and friends outside the scheduled itinerary.

    A full detailed itinerary is provided before the trip.

    What is the accommodation like?

    We carefully select hotels that are the very best, comfortable and safe.

    Both hotels, Makarem Burj Al Madinah and Address Jabal Omar, are five-star and within a very short walk of the Haram.

    What is the group size for your trips?

    Typically around 40 to 60 people, depending on the trip. If we increase the numbers we increase our staff to match, so every guest still gets a five-star experience.

    What happens if there is an emergency during the trip?

    Our team is trained to handle emergencies and provide assistance to travellers. We have a comprehensive emergency plan in place, including access to medical facilities and evacuation arrangements if necessary.
