The trip cost includes flights, all transportation, accommodations, buffet suhoor meals, and activities listed in the itinerary. Any additional expenses are not included.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• The deposit is non refundable
• If deposit has been paid then full payment of the trip is required 35 days before departure
• 50% refund excluding deposit can be claimed if refund is requested 35-60 days before departure unless you can find a replacement for the trip. If a replacement can be found then there are no fees that need to be paid a simple name swap can be done without any funds being forfeited so long as replacement is confirmed before the 35th day before departure.

Yes, we will provide you with a travel visa so. Please check the poster for valid passports that can travel with us.

Our group size is typically around 45 people, depending on the trip. If we increase the numbers, we will also increase our staff numbers to cater for our guests to ensure a 5* experience. 

Our current Ramadan trip is for brothers, sisters & families. If your child is below the age of 12 the prices will be cheaper, please choose the child package when booking online.

This trip is for brothers, sisters and families, who hold passports from UK, Europe, Australia, USA and Canada and is looking for an epic Ramadan experience.

If you wish to travel alone, you are more than welcome to do so. Our trips are a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. We will assign you roommates for the duration of the trip. If you have any specific requirements, please get in touch and let us know.

Our trip itinerary is carefully curated to ensure that you get the most out of your travel experience. We work with experienced guides and locals to create an itinerary that includes both a spiritually nourish experience as well as a welcoming friendly environment. We will be  having suhoor breakfast together. And there will be plenty of time for you to spend alone and with your families if you wish to do so. We will be visiting the most historic sites such as mount uhud, masjid quba in Madinah as well as gare-e-hira and gar-e-thawr along with the site of arafah. In each spot we will have short reminders that will have an impact on your heart so you feel immersed in the whole experience. 

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and thobes as well as comfortable shoes and sandals/slippers/sliders. Also, any personal items you may need, essential toiletries, sunscreen, sunglasses etc. We will provide you with a more detailed packing list closer to the departure date.

You can pay for the trip either in full or in instalments. We accept payment via debit card, or bank transfer. Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip.

In the event of an emergency, our team is trained to handle the situation and provide assistance to our travellers. We have a comprehensive emergency plan in place, which includes access to medical facilities and evacuation plans if necessary.

We carefully select the very best hotels that are clean, comfortable, and safe. We always aim to provide a high standard of accommodation while also looking for the best prices. Both hotels in Makkah and Madinah are 5* and within a very short walking distance away from the haramain.

The masjid will provide a small iftar pack, which will keep you going until after Taraweh. Then shortly after Taraweh, the buffet suhoor will be ready, which will be an intercontinental cuisine, which will include breakfast food which you will normally have for suhoor as well as dinner food which you will normally have for iftar.
